Angels in the Attic is located in the Town of Floyd, in Floyd County, Virginia, and is composed of four non-profit stores and one donation center that rely on the sales of donated goods to fund a ministry which in turn provides ongoing monthly support for numerous Floyd County charitable organizations that feed the hungry, aid the needy, help children and the elderly, and provide for public safety.
Angels in the Attic is operated by the Floyd County Angels Ministries, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization almost entirely operated and managed by community volunteers.
The first of the four stores is named Angels in the Attic, and is a thrift store which carries a wide variety of items for the person and the home. The second is named Angels Boutique, which features collectibles, upscale resale clothing, and antiques. The two stores are located adjacent to each other, in downtown Floyd right next to the famous Floyd Country Store. The third store is the Angels Furniture Store located on Needmore Lane at the intersection of Hwy 8 on the edge of the Town of Floyd. The Angels Donation Center is located on the same lot as the Furniture Store. The fourth store is the seasonal Angels Christmas Store which is located across the street from CVS in Floyd on Hwy 221.
