LAST DAY TO SHOP AT ANGELS FURNITURE STORE IS TUESDAY DECEMBER 20
ANGELS CHRISTMAS STORE IS CLOSED UNTIL NEXT YEAR
ANGELS DONATION CENTER IS CLOSING MONDAY DECEMBER 19 UNTIL NEXT YEAR
The Angels in the Attic thrift store and the adjoining Angels Boutique are open from 9 AM until 4 PM on Tuesday December 20 and then closed until January 3.
The Angels Furniture Store is open Tuesday December 20 from 9 AM until 1 PM and then closes until January 3.
The Angels Christmas Store is already closed until the fall of 2023.
The Angels Donation Center is closing Monday afternoon December 19 and the entrances to the mini-barn and as well the Angels Furniture Store will be blocked off until January 3. Please do not leave donations outside, as they will almost certainly be ruined by the rain and snow. You may notice later in afternoon a few of the volunteer’s cars parked around the upper driveway of the Angels Donation Center area because they need to totally empty the mini-barn and also on the lower driveway totally empty the covered area outside the Furniture Store. Then they need to process the donations, which involves sorting and boxing which takes hours, and in the case of the Furniture Store the items need to be moved into the right section of the store.
So please hold onto your many donations until Tuesday January 3. We really, really, need your cooperation on this plea.
Please remember that the 80 or so volunteers that operate the Angels stores and donation center are your family, friends, and neighbors who are residents of Floyd County. They, like you, need a break so they can do grocery shopping, tree decorating, laundry, and house cleaning just like you, in preparation for the holidays. Please put it on your 2023 New Years Resolutions to become a volunteer, even if it is for only 3 hours a week. If there were more volunteers, the stores could be open for more hours, and the donations could be processed more quickly.

The location for both Angels in the Attic and Angels Boutique is 210 South Locust Street in Floyd VA. This address is located in the first block south of the traffic signal at the intersection of Routes 221 and 8 in downtown Floyd next door to the world famous Floyd Country Store.
